Position Type: Client Management

Kevin joined TIFF in 2018 and serves as a Director in the Client CIO Group. He works with clients and prospective clients on investment strategy design, asset allocation, and investment policy support. In this role, he is responsible for delivering TIFF’s comprehensive investment management solution to organizations in support of their mission and objectives. At the beginning of his tenure at TIFF, Kevin worked in various roles, focusing on data analytics in coordination with TIFF’s portfolio construction and risk management team. He also supported TIFF’s clients by providing custom reporting and assisted with fund operations for TIFF’s suite of commingled funds.

Prior to TIFF, Kevin worked at SEI Investments in Operations, focusing on global markets and derivatives trade processing for SEI’s institutional clients.

Kevin holds a BA in Business Administration from Temple University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Monica Slovik joined TIFF in 2014 and serves as an Associate Director, Client Development in the Client CIO Group. She is responsible for communicating TIFF’s investments capabilities and strategies to prospective clients. At the beginning of her tenure, Monica provided operational and outreach support to the firm’s broad range of nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining TIFF, Monica worked as a business development associate for MicroVest Capital Management, where her responsibilities involved managing and expanding the firm’s investor base.

Monica holds a BA degree in International Business & Management from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Monica served as a Board Director for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County (DVCCC) from 2017 through 2023.
