Brendon Parry joined TIFF in 2011 and serves as Head of Private Markets, Deputy CIO and Managing Director. He works across all aspects of TIFF’s private markets efforts and manages its private portfolio, which is focused on early-stage venture capital and lower middle market buyout and growth equity. He and the private markets team invest across primary fund commitments, PE direct investments alongside funds and independent sponsors, and secondary transactions. Brendon also serves on TIFF’s Investment Committee, on the Belmont Day School investment committee, and as a board observer for TIFF’s direct investments in ARCM, ATSG, Bobcat of Connecticut, Calpine Containers, Service Country, SMART Safety and Team First.
Previously, Brendon worked at Providence Equity Partners, a leading technology, media, and communications private equity firm. Before entering the direct private equity world after business school, he began his career focused on private markets consulting at Cambridge Associates and earned his CFA® charter concurrently.
He earned his AB in Economics at Brown University and his MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was first introduced to TIFF working with a finance professor on an HBS case study and became captivated by TIFF and its mission.
Trevor Graham is Co-Chief Investment Officer of TIFF Investment Management. He co-leads the firm’s investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio construction, helping to guide client portfolios in support of long-term objectives.
Since joining TIFF in 2012, Trevor has been a voting member of the Investment Committee and worked closely with Jay Willoughby and TIFF’s prior CIO in shaping portfolios across public equities, hedge funds, and real assets. His experience spans asset allocation, manager selection, and risk management, with a focus on integrating investment insights across asset classes to drive consistent, long-term performance.
Prior to TIFF, Trevor held investment roles at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and The Museum of Modern Art, where he focused on endowment management and portfolio construction. Earlier in his career, he worked on direct investments at Putnam, focusing on asset manager transactions, and in venture capital at Lehman Brothers, investing in emerging technology businesses. He began his career in Lehman’s technology mergers and acquisitions group.
Trevor earned a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. He serves on the Advisory Board and Investment Committee of The Trustees of Reservations, a leading land conservation organization in Massachusetts.
Fiona Chow joined TIFF in 2018 and serves as the Director in the Diversifying Strategies group. Fiona is responsible for evaluating and selecting a global portfolio of specialist managers investing in niche markets who have a competitive edge in their space. Previously, she performed investment research and analysis, focusing on risk and construction of portfolio solutions for TIFF.
Prior to TIFF, she was a Senior Business Analyst at Altair Management Consultants and a Derivatives Specialist at State Street Corporation.
Fiona is a CFA® charterholder and she holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
Brad Calder joined TIFF in 2015 and serves as Managing Director of the Public Equities group. In this role, he oversees public equity investments across client portfolios, as well as select arbitrage and crypto strategies. He plays a central role in manager selection and portfolio construction.
In addition to his work at TIFF, Brad serves on the investment committee of Founders Pledge, a research-driven nonprofit, where he advises on investment strategy.
Prior to TIFF, Brad was a generalist investor at The Wallace Foundation and The Lepercq Group (a family office), investing across asset classes. Earlier in his career, he lived in Shenzhen, China, where he taught English at a public primary school and founded an education consulting business.
Brad graduated from the University of Rochester with dual degrees in Economics and Philosophy with highest distinction and completed a TEFL certification at Peking University.
Jessica Bolster joined TIFF’s investment team in 2015 and serves as a senior member of the investment team, where she works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Risk group, focusing on trading and portfolio management. Her role involves the management of all of TIFF’s marketable portfolios, as well as custom member portfolios. She values TIFF’s mission of serving the endowed nonprofit community and feels fortunate to be working with a team of talented, thoughtful, and committed colleagues who share the same passion. Jessica participates in several committees at TIFF, including the Trade Committee, Customization Committee, and the DEI group – Women at TIFF. Additionally, she enjoys volunteering at the regular service events organized by TIFF staff in the local community.
Prior to joining TIFF, Jessica worked as a trading and investment operations analyst at The Baupost Group and held operational roles at Geode Capital Management and Fidelity Investments.
She received her BS from Bryant University and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Jessica is a CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Society Boston.
