Anne Duggan joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as a Managing Director on the Client CIO team and Co-Head of Custom Asset Allocation. In this role, Anne collaborates with clients to develop investment strategies and construct portfolios that are designed to help them achieve their objectives.
Before joining TIFF, Anne was a Managing Director at Partners Capital, an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) firm, where she spent 7 years serving as the lead advisor to many of the firm’s endowment and foundation clients. Anne also sat on Partners Capital’s Client Committee, which reviewed client profitability and pricing and ensured best practices across all client teams globally.
Earlier in her career, Anne worked at Fidelity Investments in corporate strategy. She also worked in Credit Suisse private equity multi-manager business making fund, secondary and co-investment investments on behalf of institutional clients. She started her career at Morgan Stanley in investment banking.
She holds a BA with Honors from Brown University and an MBA with Distinction from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was named a Tuck Scholar. Anne serves on the Investment Committee for The Fessenden School, an all-boys K-9 independent school. Anne is a CAIA Charterholder and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Anne is a member of TIFF’s Investment Committee.

Chris Bunzel joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as a Managing Director in the Client CIO Group and Co-Head of Custom Asset Allocation. In this role, Chris collaborates with clients to develop investment strategies and construct portfolios that are designed to help them achieve their objectives.
Before joining TIFF, Chris was a Managing Director at Partners Capital, an Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) firm, where he spent 12 years in various roles across the research and Client CIO teams. As a member of the research team, Chris was primarily responsible for sourcing and evaluating public equities managers. As a Client CIO, he served as the lead advisor to many of the firm’s endowment and foundation clients. Chris also sat on Partners Capital’s Global Investment Committee, which drove the overall investment strategy for the firm.
Earlier in his career, Chris was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies and Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance and minor in Mathematics from Boston College and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Chris is also a member of TIFF’s Investment Committee.

John Stuntebeck joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as an Executive Director, Client Development and Solutions in the Client CIO Group. He works with clients and prospective clients to align investment advisory and management solutions with their financial objectives. In this role, he is responsible for delivering TIFF’s comprehensive investment management solutions to organizations in support of their mission and objectives.
Prior to joining TIFF, John was a Nonprofit Sales Director at Aon Investments advising nonprofits and held similar roles as a Managing Director at U.S. Trust and as a Regional Director at SEI Investments. In these roles John was accountable for delivering OCIO solutions to nonprofit organizations with responsibilities including providing advice regarding governance practices, investment policy design, asset allocation, portfolio structure/strategy, manager research and risk management. John brings over twenty-five years of experience working with nonprofit organizations across sales, client service and solutions functions. His long history of working with endowment, foundation, and healthcare investment programs has resulted in deep expertise assisting boards and staff to address financial challenges and opportunities.
John earned a BA from the Pennsylvania State University and currently holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Mallory Dennis joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as an Executive Director in the Client CIO Group. She works with client and prospective client organizations with strategy design, asset allocation, and investment policy consulting. In this role, she is responsible for delivering TIFF’s comprehensive investment management solution to organizations in support of their mission and objectives.
Prior to joining TIFF, Mallory was a Senior Investment Consultant at Vanguard advising nonprofits on customized investment solutions aligned with long-term goals. Before Vanguard, Mallory worked at SEI as a Client Portfolio Manager and Director of Nonprofit Strategic Advice. She was accountable for delivering SEI’s OCIO solution to nonprofit organizations. Her responsibilities included providing ongoing advice and analysis regarding investment strategy, portfolio construction, investment policy design, establishing governance policies, and monitoring risk management. Mallory measured all of this and their impacts upon organizational decisions and objectives.
Mallory has served the nonprofit OCIO industry for over a decade. She earned a BS in Finance from the University of Scranton. Mallory serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for The Crossing, a three-time Grammy Award-winning professional chamber choir.

Jim Russo, CFA joined TIFF in 2023 and serves as an Executive Director in the Client CIO Group. He works with clients to identify an asset allocation strategy that best matches their distinctive risk and return considerations. He further refines this through portfolio implementation to ensure that the TIFF strategies used in portfolios are aligned with each client’s investment objective and mission.
Prior to joining TIFF, Jim accumulated over 30 years of investment experience in the financial-services industry. At Crewcial Partners, he worked as an investment consultant, serving a wide range of not-for-profit clients. Before his consultant role, Jim held positions as a buy-side equity analyst and portfolio manager at Dreyfus, J.P. Morgan, and AllianceBernstein. In addition, he spent three years at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank as the Director of US Research on Third-Party Managers.
Jim received his BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University and his MBA from New York University. Jim currently serves as the Treasurer for Residents Forward, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to unite and inspire residents to protect and advance the environmental sustainability of his local community.
