Caroline Hertz joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as a Senior Fund Accountant. Her primary focus is accounting and financial reporting for TIFF’s alternative investment funds as well as TIFF’s mutual fund.
Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Hertz was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she provided attestation services in the asset wealth management industry.
She holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Jake Wilson joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as a Senior Analyst on the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team. He focuses on managing reporting and analytics for client portfolios and TIFF funds, monitoring exposure and performance data, and providing analytical support to the investment teams and Client CIO group.
Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Wilson worked at Marquette Associates as a Senior Performance Analyst.
He received a BS in Finance and Accounting and MS in Finance and Investment Management from Sacred Heart University.
Stefan Ficur joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as Associate Director, IT Developer. In this role, he works closely across the business units at TIFF to implement technology solutions to enhance TIFF’s capabilities. He brings extensive experience in the OCIO space, with a focus on modernizing trade execution, enhancing performance attribution platforms, and automating client materials.
Prior to joining TIFF, Stefan spent six years at Partners Capital in both their London and Boston offices.
He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science from Swansea University.
Kyle Ampthor joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as a Senior Analyst, Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting. His primary focus is accounting and financial reporting for TIFF’s alternative investment funds.
Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Ampthor was a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he provided attestation services in the investment management industry.
He holds a BS and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a CPA.
Daniel Wilkinson joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as an Analyst on the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team. He focuses on portfolio analytics, client reporting, and monitoring of performance data.
Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Wilkinson worked as a Data Analyst for SEI Investments.
Daniel holds a BS in Finance and Economics and graduated magna cum laude from West Chester University.
