Ava Del Salto joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as a Legal and Compliance Analyst. Ava brings legal and AML expertise and supports the compliance framework required for a sophisticated institutional investment platform.
Prior to joining TIFF, Ava served as an AML Analyst at Adyen and Protiviti. Previously, she worked as a paralegal at Pintas & Mullins, where she developed a strong foundation in legal operations and regulatory compliance. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting compliance programs, strengthening AML processes, and ensuring accuracy while working in the legal and compliance fields.
Ava holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from the College of Staten Island.
Elise Beale joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as Associate Director, Human Resources, where she manages the full spectrum of HR functions.
Prior to joining TIFF, Elise served as an HR Generalist at STP Investment Services, where she supported all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
She holds a BA from Temple University and is SHRM certified.
Baba Ary Toubo joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as Associate Director, Investment Performance Reporting. Baba brings extensive expertise in performance measurement and the infrastructure required to support sophisticated institutional portfolios.
Prior to joining TIFF, Baba served as a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst at Mercer. Previously, he spent eight years at Vanguard, where he developed a robust foundation in performance reporting and investment operations. Throughout his career, he has focused on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the highest integrity in investment reporting.
Baba holds an MBA from La Salle University and a BBA from Temple University and is a CFA charterholder.
Jared Roman joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as an Investment Performance Reporting Associate. In this role, he works closely across TIFF’s business units to develop reporting frameworks and safeguard data integrity for the firm’s OCIO clients. He brings extensive experience in investment data and performance reporting, with a focus on strengthening reconciliation and quality-control processes, streamlining performance and exposure reporting, and automating data workflows.
Prior to joining TIFF, Jared spent more than five years in investment data operations across firms including J.P. Morgan Chase, BNP Paribas, and Tiedemann Advisors.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
Julius Mercado joined TIFF in 2026 as Executive Director and Head of Operations, Reporting, and Data. He is responsible for investment and fund operations, portfolio reporting, and data and analytics, and oversees the firm’s operational platform supporting investment and client service delivery.
Prior to joining TIFF, Julius served as a strategic consultant to an OCIO supporting mission driven organizations. Previously he was COO and Managing Director of Columbia University’s Endowment, where he led the development and oversight of the firm’s investment operations and infrastructure. He began his career at PwC in the Asset and Wealth Management practice.
Julius earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College, City University of New York. He serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Queens College Foundation and is a New York State registered CPA.
