Julius Mercado joined TIFF in 2026 as Executive Director and Head of Operations, Reporting, and Data. He is responsible for investment and fund operations, portfolio reporting, and data and analytics, and oversees the firm’s operational platform supporting investment and client service delivery.
Prior to joining TIFF, Julius served as a strategic consultant to an OCIO supporting mission driven organizations. Previously he was COO and Managing Director of Columbia University’s Endowment, where he led the development and oversight of the firm’s investment operations and infrastructure. He began his career at PwC in the Asset and Wealth Management practice.
Julius earned his bachelor’s degree from Queens College, City University of New York. He serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Queens College Foundation and is a New York State registered CPA.
Griffin Hood joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as a Senior Associate IT Developer. Based in Boston, he contributes to TIFF’s in-house development initiatives by building and enhancing technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and scalability across the firm. He brings deep technical expertise and experience in the OCIO space, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving access to timely, reliable information.
Prior to joining TIFF, Griffin was at Partners Capital, where he delivered technology and automation initiatives supporting investment operations.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
Dominic Casamatta joined TIFF in 2026 and serves as an Associate IT Developer. Based in Boston, he contributes to TIFF’s in-house development initiatives by building and enhancing technology solutions that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. He brings experience delivering automation and applied AI capabilities that help teams work more consistently and effectively.
Prior to joining TIFF, Dominic was at Park Place Technologies, where he built solutions to automate core workflows and improve operational processes.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, with a minor in Computer Science.
Sameena Chinwalla joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as Associate Director, Portfolio Analytics & Reporting. Sameena has 10+ years of experience in operations, client reporting/analytics, investment strategy messaging, and handling custom client needs.
Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Chinwalla spent 6 years at Hirtle Callaghan (an OCIO Firm) in Conshohocken, most recently as a Senior Associate-Portfolio Management/Investment Strategy. Sameena also worked for City of London Investment Management, a boutique Hedge Fund manager based in West Chester, PA.
Sameena holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance from University of Pune (India).
Christopher Moore joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as Director of Investment Operations. With over 15 years of experience in financial services and operations, he oversees implementations and daily operations across all TIFF funds and customized portfolios.
Prior to joining TIFF, Christopher spent 7 years at Private Market Connect (PMC), a division of S&P Global, most recently as Associate Director. He led a team overseeing daily operations and controls that supported the iLevel and EDM platforms while delivering exceptional client support. Before joining PMC, he worked at BlackRock Financial Management from 2014 to 2018, helping establish a middle office team responsible for funding and maintenance of various bespoke alternative investments.
Christopher earned his BS in Accounting from Widener University.
