Colby Southivong joined TIFF in 2023 as the IT Support Associate, responsible for managing the configuration, oversite, and resolution of technical issues to maintain the organization’s efficient workflow. He previously worked as a Help Desk Technician for Sparks Marketing, LLC, where he operated as the first point of contact, providing timely and efficient solutions.
Colby received his Associates Degree in Information Technology from Johnson College, where he developed a foundation in computer hardware and software, database management, and networking.

Tom Cooper joined TIFF in 2022. His primary focus is accounting and financial reporting for TIFF’s mutual fund and alternative investments. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Cooper was employed by Grant Thornton LLP, where he provided audit services for financial services and nonprofit clients. He holds a BS degree in Accounting and Business Intelligence & Analytics from Saint Joseph’s University.

Meghan Kearney joined TIFF in 2022. Her primary focus is accounting and financial reporting for TIFF’s mutual fund. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Kearney was a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she provided attestation services in the asset and wealth management industry. She holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton and is a CPA.

Melissa Landsmann is the Director of Human Resources at TIFF. Melissa is a strategic, hands-on executive human resource leader with experience in diverse organizations, including non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has strength in all aspects relating to the human capital of an organization including employee inclusion, relations and engagement, change management, performance management processes and systems, compensation & benefits planning/management, and talent development.
Melissa brings more than twenty-five years of HR experience, primarily in the financial services industry, to her role at TIFF where she is responsible for talent acquisition and management; employee engagement; employee relations; benefits, payroll and compensation administration; and diversity, equity and inclusion.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Melissa is an active volunteer in several organizations including Cabrini University, City Year, Greater Valley Forge HR Association and Women In Transition. She currently serves as the Chair on the board of the domestic violence awareness and substance abuse organization, Women In Transition (WIT), and is the Chair of WIT’s Board Development Committee. She has served the Greater Valley Forge HR Association in various roles including Chapter President, Professional Development Board Chair, Summit Chair and Summit Programs Chair, Diversity Resources Board Chair, Investment Committee and University Relations Chair.
Melissa is certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and by the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional. She earned a Bachelor of Arts English/Communications and Psychology from Cabrini University and earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Huan Zhou joined TIFF in 2022 and focuses on reporting and analytics. She supports the monitoring of exposure and performance data, and the development of internal and external reporting on portfolios. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Zhou worked as a Data Analyst at Hartford Funds. She received a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Drexel University.
