Charlie Snyder joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as a Senior Analyst on the Investment Operations team. He focuses on daily operations supporting the implementation and monitoring of investments across all TIFF funds and customized portfolios. This includes processing, reconciling, and reporting on investment activity, and the monitoring of performance and exposure data.
Prior to joining TIFF, Charlie worked at SEI Investments as a Sr. Operations Analyst working with alternatives investments.
He received a BA in Economics from Washington College.
Eric Pipkin joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as the Director of Enterprise Security and IT Operations. In this role, he leads enterprise-wide security initiatives and oversees IT Infrastructure for TIFF. With a strong background in technology, Eric brings a wealth of experience to the organization.
Prior to joining TIFF, he served as the Director of Technology at KPInterface, a Managed Services Provider. Additionally, he holds a CISSP certification.
David Brenner joined TIFF in 2024 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities span all operational and strategic aspects of TIFF’s work and specifically include oversight of finance, operations, information technology, legal affairs, compliance, and human resources.
Prior to joining TIFF, David spent eight years at Macquarie Asset Management, most recently as Senior Managing Director where he served as Global Head of Digital, Data & Platforms, leading all areas of Macquarie Asset Management through its data and digital transformation. Prior to this role, David served as Chief Strategy Officer for the Public Investments’ business, responsible for its commercial growth strategy. He served on the firm’s Operating Committee and Public Investments’ Executive Committee. Prior to joining Macquarie, he worked with UBS Global Asset Management from 2004 to 2015, most recently as Chief Operating Officer (Americas). Previously, David worked at Arthur Andersen and KPMG.
David earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University in Ohio, and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Berkley Velez joined TIFF in 2023 and serves as a Senior Associate – Paralegal.
Prior to TIFF, Berkley worked in legal support at two investment management firms and also was a private funds paralegal at Clifford Chance US LLP.
She received her BA in Political Science from Columbia University and is a senior member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Colby Southivong joined TIFF in 2023 and serves as the IT Support Analyst. He is responsible for managing the configuration, oversite, and resolution of technical issues to maintain the organization’s efficient workflow.
He previously worked as a Help Desk Technician for Sparks Marketing, LLC, where he operated as the first point of contact, providing timely and efficient solutions.
Colby received his Associates Degree in Information Technology from Johnson College, where he developed a foundation in computer hardware and software, database management, and networking.
