
Monica Slovik joined TIFF in 2014 as an associate on the Member Services team. At the beginning of her tenure, Monica provided operational and outreach support to the firm’s broad range of nonprofit clients. She currently serves as Member Development Manager in the Business Development department, responsible for communicating TIFF’s investments capabilities and strategies to prospective members.
Prior to joining TIFF, Monica worked as a business development associate for MicroVest Capital Management, where her responsibilities involved managing and expanding the firm’s investor base.
Monica holds a BA degree in International Business & Management from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Monica serves as a Board Director for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County (DVCCC), demonstrating her passion for applying business expertise to nonprofit practices.
