Stefan Ficur joined TIFF in 2025 and serves as Associate Director, IT Developer. In this role, he works closely across the business units at TIFF to implement technology solutions to enhance TIFF’s capabilities. He brings extensive experience in the OCIO space, with a focus on modernizing trade execution, enhancing performance attribution platforms, and automating client materials.

Prior to joining TIFF, Stefan spent six years at Partners Capital in both their London and Boston offices.

He holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science from Swansea University.
