TIFF’s 2023 Sustainability Report shares the various ways in which TIFF incorporates ESG and DEI into our firm culture and investment processes. We provide an update of TIFF’s organizational change to become an employee-owned public benefit corporation and how we have been leveraging this change to provide investment excellence and enhance our services to and support for nonprofits. TIFF will offset our carbon emissions for a second year. We believe we may be the first in the OCIO industry to have made the commitment to reduce and offset corporate emissions fully. We provide information on TIFF’s corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives, sustainable investment principles, and manager diversity. In 2023, we made continued progress in supporting the inclusive growth of the asset management industry.
