
Willie Zantzinger joined TIFF in 2016 and serves as a Director in the Member Strategy Group. He focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF’s strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach, and policies. Before joining TIFF, he was an Investment Counselor at William Blair & Company. Previously, Mr. Zantzinger was a partner at Gardner Lewis Asset Management, where he served in roles that included portfolio risk management, macroeconomic and thematic equity research, business development, client service, analyst oversight, and new business strategy. He also was employed by Morgan Stanley as a European equities trader in London. Mr. Zantzinger holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the university’s Darden School of Business. He serves on the Investment Committee for the Delaware Museum of Natural History, where until 2017 he was President of the Board of Trustees.
