Chris Anderson joined TIFF in 2015. He performs investment research and selects and monitors external investment managers, secondary interests, and co-investments, focusing on TIFF’s private investments program. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Anderson spent six years managing private equity investments at Alcatel-Lucent Investment Management Corp. and worked as an investment associate at SVG Advisers. He holds a BS in marine engineering systems from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Mr. Anderson serves on the private equity committee for the Babson College Endowment and is a Trustee of the Hingham Education Foundation.

Leah Anderson joined TIFF in 2015 as a research analyst. She holds a BA degree in mathematics from Bowdoin College.


Kristin Ballas joined TIFF in 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of human resources. Prior to joining TIFF, she was a Vice President focusing on HR at PNC Asset Management and a Senior Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, specializing in human capital mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Ballas holds a BS degree in communications media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Philadelphia University. She also earned a certification in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University and holds designations as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).


Oliver Bardon, Ph.D., joined TIFF in 2017 and focuses on risk management across all of the firm's vehicles and on the construction of tailored portfolio solutions. Previously, Dr. Bardon was a Portfolio Manager and Head of Quantitative Analysis and Risk Management at Cambridge Place Investment Management, where his responsibilities included managing hedging positions, the stress testing of portfolios, and the assessment of credit, interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity/funding risks. Prior to that, Dr. Bardon performed research and analysis for structured finance portfolios at Bracebridge Capital, was a manager in the financial services practice at The Boston Consulting Group, and conducted experimental particle physics research as a post-doctoral Fellow at the US Department of Energy's Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory. He holds a BA in physics from the University of Virginia and a doctorate in Experimental Particle Physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Katherine Billings joined TIFF in 2017 as Head of Finance. Ms. Billings was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers for almost fifteen years and most recently served as a Director in the Chief Auditor Network of PwC's National Office, working with the national Asset and Wealth Management practice. Katherine specialized in working with private real estate investment partnerships, private equity funds, and public and private REITs. She has experience working with registered investment companies, cash flow modeling, and internal controls. A graduate of Villanova University, Ms. Billings is a Certified Public Accountant and is registered with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).


Herbie Bohnet joined TIFF in 2008. He serves as a Managing Director and General Counsel - Corporate. Mr. Bohnet was previously an associate in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray LLP, where he represented institutional investors, including leading endowments. He received his BSE magna cum laude in biomedical and mechanical engineering from Duke University and his JD from Stanford Law School.


Jessica Bolster joined TIFF in 2015 and focuses on trading execution and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Bolster served as a trading and investment operations analyst at The Baupost Group and as an operations analyst and performance analyst at Geode Capital Management. She holds a BS summa cum laude in business administration from Bryant University and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Ms. Bolster is a CFA charterholder.


Johanna Bombaci joined TIFF in 2015. She focuses on accounting and financial reporting for several TIFF vehicles, including TIFF’s core endowment strategies and absolute return program. Previously, Ms. Bombaci worked in internal audit and financial reporting/disclosure accounting at Deutsche Bank and ACE Group. She received a BS in finance from Saint Joseph’s University and is pursuing an MBA at Temple University. Ms. Bombaci is a CPA.


Mary Bradley joined TIFF in 2008. She is responsible for document management functions at TIFF. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Bradley was a records associate with GlaxoSmithKline in the US research and development division. She previously spent 14 years as a records manager with the Access Group.


Michael Brophy joined TIFF in 2015 and is a member of the compliance staff. He was previously employed by City of London Investment Management Company as US Chief Compliance Officer. He has also held senior compliance positions with SEI Investments and PFPC, amoung other firms. He received his BS in economics/finance from the University of Scranton and his JD from Widener University School of Law.


Morgan Bunting serves as a research analyst on TIFF's investment team. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Bunting was a manager research analyst at GCM Grosvenor focused on long/short equity hedge fund managers. She holds a BA degree in Communications and Economics from Villanova University.


Bradley Calder joined TIFF in 2015 as a research analyst. Prior to joining TIFF, he was a member of the investment team at The Wallace Foundation. He holds a dual BA degree in economics and philosophy from the University of Rochester.


Corinna Cercone joined TIFF in 2016 as an executive assistant. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Cercone worked in administrative-related roles at Putnam Investments and Barton Associates. She holds a dual BA in communication and Italian from Roger Williams University.


Kevin Collins joined TIFF in 2014. He focuses on tax accounting for TIFF vehicles within the marketable investments and private investments programs. He was previously employed by Airgas as an income tax analyst and by KPMG as a senior tax associate. Mr. Collins received his BS in accountancy from Villanova University and is a CPA.


Neil Conway joined TIFF in 2007 and works on TIFF's member services team. He focuses on outreach efforts for existing and prospective member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Conway was employed by SEI, where he was an account director on the relationship management team in Global Fund Services. He received his BS in business administration from La Salle University.

Maureen Distel joined TIFF in 2007. Her primary responsibilities include bookkeeping and payroll for TIFF. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Distel spent eight years with The Creative Financial Group as a senior accountant. She also served as staff accountant for Liberty Technologies. Ms. Distel received her BS in accounting from Strayer University and is a certified payroll professional.


Suzanne Dugan joined TIFF in 2017 as a member of TIFF's investment team and serves as an Investment Specialist. She acts as a liaison between TIFF's investment team and existing and prospective member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Dugan was a Managing Director at Citigroup where she enjoyed a 30-year career and most recently ran the Citi Mid Atlantic Institutional Equity Sales office. Ms. Dugan received a BA in economics from Gettysburg College. She has served on the Temple Owl Fund board for 4 years.

Ashlee Eckert joined TIFF in 2017 and works on TIFF's member services team. She focuses primarily on coordinating outreach meetings and developing member materials. Richard Flannery joined TIFF in 2003 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for all of the organization's activities. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Flannery spent 14 years at Delaware Investments, where he was Executive Vice President, supervising multiple departments and playing a key role in the firm's transition from a domestic to a global investment management firm. He holds a BS summa cum laude in sociology from Saint Joseph's University and a JD from Harvard Law School. Mr. Flannery serves on the Investment Committee of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and on the Compensation Committee of Mercy Investment Services Inc., a non-profit investment firm serving the Sisters of Mercy. He also serves on the board of The Nelson Foundation.

Trevor Graham joined TIFF in 2012 and serves as a Managing Director, overseeing marketable equity-oriented assets across TIFF's investment programs, including the firm's core endowment program. Before joining TIFF, Mr. Graham was Managing Director in the Office of Investments at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and an Investment Officer at The Museum of Modern Art in New York. Previously, he worked in direct investing roles at Putnam Investments and Lehman Brothers' Private Equity Group. Mr. Graham is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BA in economics and holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he was a Dean's Scholar. He previously served on the board of a Boston-area educational non-profit.

Zane Hamid joined TIFF in 2006. Kathleen Hess joined TIFF in 2013. She supervises fund operations and analytics related to the core endowment program, including trade processing and the monitoring of exposure and performance data. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Hess was employed as an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate and Structured Trading area at Credit Suisse. She holds a BS degree in finance from the University of Dayton.


John Hill joined TIFF in 2015 and is a member of the compliance staff. He was previously employed as a manager at Vigilant Compliance, LLC, a compliance consulting firm, where he provided compliance services to registered investment advisers, mutual funds, private equity firms, and hedge funds. He received his BS in crime law and justice, with a business option, from The Pennsylvania State University.


Paul Horvitz joined TIFF in 2008. He contributes to and helps edit TIFF publications, reports and educational materials. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Horvitz was senior editor at Bloomberg Markets magazine and directed the creation of in-depth articles from the Americas for Bloomberg LP's news division. He previously held a variety of newspaper reporting and editing positions, including deputy managing editor of the International Herald Tribune in Paris and assistant national editor at The New York Times. He holds a AB degree from Harvard College.


John Hylkema joined TIFF in 2006. His primary focus is financial reporting and valuation analysis for the TIFF private investments program. Prior to joining TIFF, he performed a variety of functions at Prudential, Lucent, and AT&T, including balance sheet and income statement analysis, financial reporting, business planning and budgeting, and business development through mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hylkema received his BS in accounting and business administration from Montclair State University.


Emily Keefe joined TIFF in 2013. She handles a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Keefe was an administrative assistant at Mayo Capital Partners. She holds a BA degree in government from Skidmore College.


Eric Kennedy joined TIFF in 2008. Mr. Kennedy is a member of TIFF's technology team, focusing on user and systems support. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Kennedy worked as a management information systems coordinator for Intech Construction, Inc. He received his BS in information systems from Drexel University.


Masa Kimura joined TIFF in 2007. Mr. Kimura is a member of TIFF's technology team. He is responsible for all IT infrastructure, including networking and phone services. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Kimura worked as a network manager for Gartmore International. He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Nihon University in Tokyo, Japan.


Laura Kirkpatrick joined TIFF in 2017 and serves as Outreach Director. She focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF's strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach, and policies. Before joining TIFF, Ms. Kirkpatrick was a Senior Consultant Relations Manager with Aberdeen Asset Management and previously served in outreach roles at Verdis Investment Management, DuPont Capital Management, Delaware Investments, and Brandywine Global Investment Management. She holds a BA in economics from Dickinson College and an MBA from Duke University. Ms. Kirkpatrick is a CFA charterholder.

Michelle Little joined TIFF in 2013 and works on TIFF's member services team. She focuses primarily on operational support for existing member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Little was an administrative assistant at Joyce & Associates. She holds a BS degree in psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi.


Kelly Lundstrom joined TIFF in 2006. She has overall responsibility for fund operations and analytics across the full range of TIFF's programs. Ms. Lundstrom worked for almost 11 years at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, where she managed a team responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the Institute's investment department, with approximately $11 billion in assets under management. Ms. Lundstrom received her BA in English from Lafayette College.


Brian Marrer joined TIFF in 2015. He focuses on fund operations and analytics, including trade processing and the monitoring of exposure and performance data. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Marrer handled asset transfers at SEI Private Trust Company. He received a BS in accounting from La Salle University.


Chris Matteini joined TIFF in 2014. He focuses on external investment manager evaluation and portfolio analysis, primarily related to TIFF's equity investments. Previously, Mr. Matteini conducted manager-related research and portfolio construction at the investment consulting firm NEPC and served as a senior alternatives investment analyst at Alcatel-Lucent's pension fund. He holds an AB in psychology from Harvard College.

Andrea is actively involved with the Alzheimer's Association and is a member of the Radnor Township Youth Lacrosse Association Board of Directors.


Ned Morse joined TIFF in 2014. His primary focus is software and database development for investment-related and other technology applications across TIFF. Mr. Morse was previously a senior software and database developer at the investment management firm GMO and a senior developer and research scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute. He holds a BS degree in environmental science from Lewis & Clark College and a master's degree in natural resources with a concentration in geographic information systems from the University of Michigan.


Lisa Munyan joined TIFF in 2013. Her primary focus is accounting and financial reporting for the TIFF private investments program. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Munyan was employed by Grant Thornton LLP, where she provided attestation services for financial services clients. She holds a BS degree in accounting and finance from Villanova University and is a CPA.


Anuja Navaratna joined TIFF in 2011. He focuses primarily on fund operations and analytics related to the core endowment program, including trade processing and the monitoring of exposure and performance data. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Navaratna was employed by DinaliC, LLC, where he focused on business operations. He received his BS in business administration with a concentration in finance from Drexel University.


Christine Nevin joined TIFF in 2015 and focuses on all aspects of TAS's accounting functions and financial statements. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Nevin was a staff tax accountant at Kreischer Miller. She holds a BS degree in accounting from Cabrini College.


Dina Nicolosi joined TIFF in 2006. Ms. Nicolosi is primarily responsible for office management. She was previously employed at Aqua Pharmaceuticals as an executive assistant and sales support representative and at ATX Communications as a senior account manager. She received her BS in marketing from Saint Joseph's University.


Kevin O'Connell joined TIFF in 2017 and serves as Outreach Director. He focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF's strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach, and policies. Before joining TIFF, Mr. O'Connell was a vice president in the Private Wealth Management group at Goldman Sachs and previously served in outreach roles at BNY Mellon Investment Management and Westfield Capital Management. He holds a BA in art history from Boston College, holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. O'Connell serves as President of the Alumni Council of The Roxbury Latin School.

Mr. Parry holds an AB in economics from Brown University, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA charterholder. He serves as a trustee of the Belmont Day School and chairman of its Investment Committee.

Meredith Salik joined TIFF in 2010 and works on TIFF's member services team. She manages operational support for existing member organizations. Ms. Salik was previously employed by Boenning & Scattergood, Inc., where she was a registered sales administrator. She received a BS in finance from Philadelphia University.

Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Sebzda performed paralegal and compliance work at Citco Fund Services, Inc. and Liberty Ridge Capital, Inc. She received her AAS in paralegal studies from Delaware County Community College.


Jim Shields joined TIFF in 2008. He serves as Chief Information Officer, with overall responsibility for information technology at TIFF. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Shields spent 27 years at Delaware Investments serving in multiple roles and providing technology support during several mergers and outsourcing deals. For 10 of those 27 years, he was Delaware's Chief Information Officer, leading a technology team that supported up to 2,000 users. Mr. Shields has an undergraduate degree in mathematics and an MBA in information systems, both from Saint Joseph's University.


Monica Slovik joined TIFF in 2014 and manages the outreach support for TIFF's member services team. She focuses primarily on outreach support for existing and prospective member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Slovik was a business development associate at MicroVest Capital Management. She holds a BA degree in international business and management from Dickinson College and an MBA degree from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Ms. Slovik serves on the Board of Directors for the Domestic Violence Center for Chester County.


David Snow joined TIFF in 2013. His primary focus is project management to advance the use of technology across TIFF. Mr. Snow was previously employed for over 13 years at the Harvard Management Company, most recently as a Vice President overseeing project management. He holds a BA in business administration from Framingham State University and an MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.


Brian Strachan joined TIFF in 2015. He focuses on accounting and financial reporting for TIFF's core endowment strategies. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Strachan was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young, concentrating on the asset management industry. He holds a BS degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University and is a CPA.


Christian Szautner joined TIFF in 2008. He serves as General Counsel – Regulatory and as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of TIFF’s regulated investment advisers and TIFF's family of mutual funds. Mr. Szautner has overall responsibility for regulatory and compliance matters at TIFF, and he serves as the key liaison with regulatory agencies. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Szautner was a partner in the Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr, LLP, where he practiced investment management law. He holds a BA cum laude in political science from The Pennsylvania State University and a JD cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.


Patrick Torrey joined TIFF in 2016 and serves as a Managing Director and Head of Outreach, with responsibility for managing and participating in TIFF's outreach efforts, including member services. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Torrey was the Director of Investment Officers at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. Previously, he was Director of Client Service and Portfolio Analysis at Gardner Lewis Asset Management and was a Relationship Manager in the Private Wealth Management group at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Mr. Torrey served seven years as an infantry officer on active duty in the US Marine Corps. He holds a BS degree in marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA in finance, economics, and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Stephen Vicinelli joined TIFF in 2003 and serves as a Managing Director and Deputy Chief Investment Officer, focusing primarily on the selection and monitoring of external managers and secondary interests, risk management, and portfolio construction in the private investments and core endowment programs. Michelle von Brockdorff joined TIFF in 2016. She handles a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Ms. von Brockdorff previously served in a range of analyst and supervisory roles at JP Morgan. She holds a BS in marketing from Lehigh University.


Zachary Wainwright joined TIFF in 2017 and supports the investment team's efforts around researching, selecting and monitoring external investment managers, secondary interests, and co-investments. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Wainwright was an Equity Research Associate at Wellington Management and a Cross-Asset Structuring & Solutions Analyst at RBS Global Banking and Markets. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.


Eric Weller joined TIFF in 2007. He is responsible for fund operations and analytics related to the private investments and absolute return programs. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Weller was employed by Chartwell Investment Partners, where he worked in the operations department as a portfolio accountant. He received his BS in business management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.


Aprilynne Whitaker joined TIFF in 2016. She is a member of the fund operations team providing support, particularly in the area of data management. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Whitaker handled corporate actions at PNC Bank.


Stephen Williams joined TIFF in 2015 and supports the investment team's efforts around researching, selecting and monitoring external investment managers, secondary interests, and co-investments. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Williams worked for two years as an analyst at Cogent Partners. He holds a BA degree in mathematics from the University of Chicago and an MA in history from Yale University.


Jay Willoughby joined TIFF in 2015 and serves as Chief Investment Officer, presiding over the full range of TIFF's investment activities and programs. Prior to joining TIFF, Mr. Willoughby spent four years as CIO of the State of Alaska's roughly $50 billion sovereign wealth fund, the Alaska Permanent Fund. Previously, he was Co-Managing Partner at Ironbound Capital Management and spent nine years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers LP as CIO, Private Investors Group; Head of Research for Equity Funds; and Senior Portfolio Manager, Merrill Lynch Real Estate Fund. He received a BA in biology from Pomona College and an MBA from Columbia University. Mr. Willoughby is a CFA charterholder and serves on the board of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Foundation, which supports the development of accounting standards that help investors understand which sustainability factors can have a material impact on the future financial performance of individual public companies.

Elizabeth Wolansky joined TIFF in 2017. She focuses on accounting and financial reporting for TIFF's core endowment strategies. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Wolansky was a senior auditor at EisnerAmper LLP, concentrating on the asset management industry. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, and Finance from St. Joseph's University and is a CPA.


Willie Zantzinger joined TIFF in 2016 and serves as Outreach Director. He focuses on outreach to existing and interested member organizations, communicating TIFF's strategies, portfolio characteristics, investment approach, and policies. Before joining TIFF, he was an Investment Counselor at William Blair & Company. Previously, Mr. Zantzinger was a partner at Gardner Lewis Asset Management, where he served in roles that included portfolio risk management, macroeconomic and thematic equity research, business development, client service, analyst oversight, and new business strategy. He also was employed by Morgan Stanley as a European equities trader in London. Mr. Zantzinger holds a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the university's Darden School of Business. He serves on the Investment Committee for the Delaware Museum of Natural History, where until 2017 he was President of the Board of Trustees.

Sarah Zilzer joined TIFF in 2017 as a member of the investment team and serves as an Investment Specialist. She acts as a liaison between TIFF’s private investments team and existing and prospective member organizations. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Zilzer spent nine years at Cambridge Associates focused on private investments in portfolio implementation and manager research roles. She received a BA magna cum laude in psychology and music from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.


Robert Zion joined TIFF in 2017 and serves as Chief Operating Officer.  His responsibilities span all operational and strategic aspects of TIFF’s work and specifically include oversight of finance, operations, information technology, legal affairs, and human resources. Previously, Mr. Zion spent 25 years at Hirtle Callaghan & Co., where he was Chief Operating Officer and, before that, Chief Financial Officer. He served on the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to that, he was a Senior Audit Manager at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Zion holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
