TIFF Advisory Services is a regulated investment advisor that directly and through its affiliates manages a variety of investment programs, including several comprehensive endowment solutions, or "outsourced CIO" services. Through these comprehensive solutions, which are designed to serve as a complete portfolio or as a core holding for long-lived endowed charities, TIFF provides member organizations with exposures to a globally diverse mix of public and private assets.

Asset exposures are achieved primarily through underlying active managers complemented by TIFF-managed low-cost passive exposures. To manage risk and exploit market opportunities, a long-term asset allocation framework is augmented by active tactical tilts. Ongoing asset allocation policy work seeks to exploit market structure changes in search of improved risk-adjusted returns.

These programs are available to foundations, endowments, other 501(c)(3) organizations, and certain other non-profits.
